William (“Bill”) Ballinger is a California attorney with over 30 years of experience handling business matters. He is actively involved in issues that arise in the new “sharing” economy and finding solutions to new business models that are just and equitable for everyone.

Bill is a member of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar and the California Business Alliance For A Green Economy.
